The Panama City Marina is one of two Marina's owned and operated by the City of Panama City, Florida. We are located on the intercoastal Waterway one block from Downtown Panama City. The Panama City Marina is a newly renovated 240-slip marina facility designed for all classes of vessels, from 30 feet to 120 feet with drafts to 10 feet.
The Marina is open for business 7 days a week and has very competitive prices at its full-service fuel dock featuring ValTech marine fuels. The marina can accommodate vessels with 110/220 power and cable TV service at all slips.

The new Marina Store is fully stocked and has clean showers and laundry facilities, and fax and copier service. The marina also has a nighttime security guard service from 5:00 P.M. to 3:00 A.M.

The Panama City Marina is within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, The Panama City Marina Civic Center, and art galleries.

Weekday bus service is available to the Panama City Mall and all major shopping centers in the City. The City of Panama City has permanent covered and uncovered boat slips available for vessels from 30 feet to 50 feet. Lease rates and terms are available by calling the Marina Store.

"Salute to Freedon" Road Closures

There are road closures of which the motoring public needs to be aware for the “Salute to Freedom” celebration July 4, 2009, in downtown Panama City. Parking on the Marina will be limited.

 No vehicular traffic will be allowed in the designated event area (Panama City Marina).

 The boat ramp on the Marina will be closed at midnight July 3rd through approximately 10:00 p.m. July 4, 2009.

 Marina tenants and vendor parking will be by permit only in the parking lot south of the Marina Civic Center.

 Limited public parking will be allowed in the lot north of the Civic Center and the lots north and south of City Hall.

 Beach Drive west of Harrison to the intersection of Beach Drive and West 6th Street and Beach Drive east of Harrison to Cherry Street will be closed to vehicular traffic at approximately 7:00 p.m. on July 4th. This will reopen to vehicular traffic after the fireworks once it is deemed safe.

 Motorists traveling east and west crossing Grace, Jenks and Harrison Avenue should expect delays due to the heavy flow of traffic from those leaving the downtown area after the fireworks.



Transient Information

The Panama City Marina also has transient boat slips available throughout the year. Reservations are recommended and may be made by telephone or by marine radio on VHF Channel 16. The charge is $1.50 per foot per day, which includes electricity and cable TV.  We offer a discount of .25/ft to active Boat US members.

Important Stuff!

Effective May 22,  Our marina now has a pier fishing license.  According to the current fishing regulations, a nonresident fishing from a pier that has a valid salt water fishing license does not need to purchase an individual license.   All that's required is to check in at the marina office & pay a $1.00 fee that is good for 24 hours.
